Shelly made the process of our refi SO easy I can't believe I didn't do it earlier (although if I had, I wouldn't have gotten the amazing rate she found for us)…she was so helpful and didn't require unnecessary items just for the sake of making us gather them. When faced with a couple of different cost options, Shelly gave her honest opinion about which one would be the best deal for US, not her. Her office is easily accessible, 99% of the documents can be completed online, and she makes it very clear that she truly cares about her customers!
I hope I never refinance a home again, but if I do, I will use Shelly regardless of where the house is!
